Admission Process

Inquiry – Complete our online inquiry form or contact us directly to learn more.
Consultation/Meeting – We schedule a meeting (in-person or virtual) to understand your child’s needs and answer any questions.
Application Form – Fill out the admission form and submit required documents.
Assessment (if applicable) – Depending on the child’s age, we may request a short placement test or portfolio to determine the right level of support.
Enrollment Confirmation – Once accepted, you will receive an admission letter along with fee and schedule details.

GRADE LEVEL ENTRY AGE

Our grade level entry age is thoughtfully designed to ensure optimal learning experiences. We believe in setting up each student for success, and that starts with age-appropriate placements. Our entry age criteria guarantee a supportive environment where students can comfortably engage with the curriculum and peers. This approach fosters not only academic growth but also emotional and social development. We are committed to providing the best foundation for every student’s educational journey, setting them on a path of achievement and confidence.

Preschool: The child must be four year of age to enroll.
Kindergaten: The child must be five years of age to enroll.
Normally, students entering grade 1 are 6 years, grade 2 are 7 years, grade 3 are 8 years, grade 4 are 9 years and grade 5 are 10 years old.

Middle school includes grades 6,7 and 8. Students are usually at least 11,12, and 13 years old when school begins.
High school includes grades 9,10,11, and 12. Students are usually at least 14 for 9th grade. A student must graduate before their 20th birthday.
